As a former Advertising Managing Director and EVP, she was named to Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 and worked with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to the White House. That career taught her a lot about strategy, narrative, and what makes people - and movements - move.

The most important things Caroline learned didn’t come from a boardroom. They came from the chaos of life, both the hard parts and the beautiful ones. The moments that cracked her open and forced her to figure out what she believed about herself, others, and what it means to live fully.

Her new book, CONNECTED: From Stuck to Thriving in the Middle of the Chaos (October 2026), is written for the woman who looks like she has it all together, a full life, a full calendar, but still feels quietly (or maybe not so quietly) stuck and disconnected. It’s the book Caroline wishes someone had handed her years ago.

Today, she leads a women’s ministry at her home church that has grown to a community of hundreds and is the voice behind the Connected & Thriving community for those who want to do more than cope, those who want to build lives that are resilient, joy filled, deeply connected, and aligned with what matters most.

Caroline lives in Connecticut with her husband Craig and their two college-age daughters.
